FlexSeal Tube Sealant

FlexSeal is like an industrial "Fix a Flat".

To use FlexSeal, you remove your valve, position your boat with the worst leak at the lowest point, mix up the FlexSeal, pour it into the valve hole trying to not get it on the valve hole (if you do spill some on your boat, you can clean it off with MEK or Toluol before you put the valve back in), knead or rub the boat's material to coat the inside of the chamber with the FlexSeal, then reinstall the valve and softly inflate the chamber. At this point you can roll the boat around to make sure the FlexSeal coats the area(s) that are leaking and finally position the boat with the worst leak at the lowest point so the FlexSeal will collect there.

The One Quart Kit may be enough for two, three or more chambers depending on how many leaks you have and how bad they are. While FlexSeal may seal seams that have small leaks, it won't fix seams that are coming apart or have tears. Those must be glued back together or patched.

Retail - 1 Quart Kit, FlexSeal = $59.95
