River Rescue Throw Bags

Going to the river without a high quality throw rope aboard your inflatable is a big no-no. Whether you need to assist a swimmer or to free a pinned raft, we offer a full line of professional throw rope bags.

Our bags revolutionized throw bag construction nearly 20 years ago by offering a sturdy mesh and/or Cordura as an option to the traditional lighter nylon fabric offered by others. Our mesh was originally developed to cover gravel trucks and allows your rope to dry giving years of added life to the rope itself.

The combination of the 1/2 mesh - 1/2 Cordura gives you the best of both fabrics. Simply hang your bag upside down after your trip so the rope can dry. The bonus of the bottom half being Cordura is that if you miss a swimmer on your first throw, the Cordura bottom half holds enough water so you can quickly reel it in and re-throw by slinging the partially filled bag to the swimmer without having to coil the rope or re-stuff the bag.

The All Cordura bag speaks for itself. If you want the absolutely most durable, longest lasting throw bag on the market, then here it is!

Also, we can add a 1" webbing handle with a side release buckle to any throw bag (choose option below). The polypro rope in each bag floats and each bag comes with a closed cell foam disc in the bottom to help keep the bag on the surface of the water.
